Where a product is identified as having a manufacturing default, we will gladly give a store credit or refund for your purchase, provided the product has not been damaged as a result of excessive wear, impact, negligence, tampering or non-adherence to cleaning and care instructions. Approval of returns shall be at the discretion of Jemala.

Delivery & Returns

Jemala will endeavour to dispatch your item within 3 days via Australia Post. Garments and services purchased from Jemala are made conditional on a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title passes to the purchaser when delivered to the shipping agency.
