To do everything to the best of our ability, to take criticism as a stimulant, to encompass a philosophical approach and to understand the word “quality” (as espoused by Robert Pirsig, in his timeless book “Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance”), as a bridge between the worlds of science and art, is an interesting and stimulating challenge.

Our Quality Guarantee

Jemala aims to ensure that the products for sale on this site are fit for their purpose and meets customer expectations. Quality control is practiced right from the initial stage of sourcing raw materials to the stage of final finished garment. Product quality is calculated in terms of quality and standard of fibres, yarns, fabric construction, colour fastness, surface designs and the final finished garment products. We believe so emphatically in our product that we accept full responsibility for it. We endeavour to maintain the highest quality of every Jemala product. Where a product is identified as having a manufacturing default, we will gladly give a store credit or refund for your purchase, provided the product has not been damaged as a result of excessive wear, impact, negligence, tampering or non-adherence to cleaning and care instructions. Approval of returns shall be at the discretion of Jemala.

Delivery & Returns

Jemala will endeavour to dispatch your item within 3 days via Australia Post. Garments and services purchased from Jemala are made conditional on a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title passes to the purchaser when delivered to the shipping agency.
