Warmsilk® is a novel noble yarn; made from a proprietary blend of ultrafine wool and mulberry silk. It is the first time that wool finer than 14 micron has been added to silk in such a way as to enhance the properties of silk.

Our Quality Guarantee

Jemala aims to ensure that the products for sale on this site are fit for their purpose and meets customer expectations. Quality control is practiced right from the initial stage of sourcing raw materials to the stage of final finished garment. Product quality is calculated in terms of quality and standard of fibres, yarns, fabric construction, colour fastness, surface designs and the final finished garment products. We believe so emphatically in our product that we accept full responsibility for it. We endeavour to maintain the highest quality of every Jemala product. Where a product is identified as having a manufacturing default, we will gladly give a store credit or refund for your purchase, provided the product has not been damaged as a result of excessive wear, impact, negligence, tampering or non-adherence to cleaning and care instructions. Approval of returns shall be at the discretion of Jemala.

Delivery & Returns

Jemala will endeavour to dispatch your item within 3 days via Australia Post. Garments and services purchased from Jemala are made conditional on a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title passes to the purchaser when delivered to the shipping agency.
