We welcome all to the Jemala website.  Jemala provides its goods and services to you under the following conditions. Please note that when you visit the Jemala website you accept these conditions.

Your account with Jemala
When using this site you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, your account details and supervising access to your computer. You are responsible for all transactions undertaken using your account and password details.

Restrictions –  Age
Jemala may from time to time produce items for children. Jemala sells only to adults. Persons under the age of 18 may use Jemala only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Jemala reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, edit or remove accounts or cancel orders at their sole discretion.

Freight of goods
Garments and services purchased from Jemala are made conditional on a shipment contract.  The risk of loss and title passes to the purchaser when delivered to the shipping agency.
When you visit the site of Jemala you agree that the laws of the state of N.S.W. will be used to govern these conditions of use and any condition of dispute between you and Jemala.

Accuracy of product description
Jemala work to maintain accuracy and reliability as key functions of our operation.  However, Jemala does not warrant that the product descriptions or any other content on this site is complete, up to date, consistent or totally accurate. Product descriptions are accurate at time of printing and placing on the web.  We cannot be responsible for the accuracy of colour rendition as the variability of servers, computer programs and screens render this impossible at present.

Should you be unhappy with the item that you receive, your sole course of action is to return the item to us in unused condition for a refund or Jemala credit.

Jemala returns policy
The customer has 30 days to return unused purchases. Approved returns in Australia are eligible for Jemala store credit or a refund of the original form of payment. Should the consumer choose Jemala store credit then return shipping costs will be borne by Jemala provided Australia Post is used.  The consumer must provide a legible copy of the receipt, showing the total cost to send the goods back to us, to be entitled to the refund of returned postage costs.
